Lu Xun’s Final Residence in Shanghai is the place where Lu Xun moved in with his family on April 11,1933, and he was living there for three and half years until he passed away at 5:25 am, October 19, 1936, at the age of 56 years old.

Lu Xun’s Final Residence is a three-storey lane building, constructed in 1931, and is remodeled on its original as it was used to be. On May 26, 1959, it was listed as a unit of cultural relics under Shanghai Municipal Protection.
